| A) Access & Registration |
| 1. | Log onto website http://www.eCranes.com.sg and click onto "eCranes" logo. |
| 2. | Register your Login ID, Password of your choice, your name and your e-mail address. |
| 3. | Enter and send your registration to "eCranes" and await confirmation on your e-mail. |
| 4. | A copy of your registration & the approval will be sent to your e-mail address. |

B) Make an Enquiry. Note - A separate enquiry must be made for each Part No. |
| 1. | Log in with your Login ID and Password. |
| 2. | Click on "Part - Parts Search". |
| 3. | Key in your first P/No and click "Search". |
| 4. | Wait for search to complete then you may be shown a list of part nos found by the search, in which you must select the desired part, then click on "Detail", view and
"Add to enquiry cart". |
| 5. | Click on "Search For Next Item". |
| 6. | Add more part nos to complete your list but only one at a time. |
| 7. | Complete cart is displayed, "Select A Currency" and enter. |
| 8. | Click on "Submit Enquiry Cart". Display is "Post Enquiries". |
| 9. | Enter your name, e-mail address and contact number plus any message, special
request, ref no etc. |
| 10. | Scroll down to the enquiry cart and make amendments (e.g. quantities) |
| 11. | Click "Submit" and await reply on the e-mail (a copy of your enquiry & the reply
e-mail will be sent to you with an "Enquiry Code" number). |

C) View your Enquiry |
| 1. | Log onto web page and click on "Parts- View Reply / Order". |
| 2. | Key in "Enquiry Code" & corresponding e-mail address. |
|
D) Place an Order |
| 1. | Make amendments and "Submit" your order. |
| 2. | A copy of your order & the acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you with an "Order Code" number. |
|
E) View your Order |
| 1. | To review the content of your order, return to the web page and click on
"Parts - View Reply / Order". Enter the "Order Code" number and the
corresponding e-mail address. |
| 2. | Your order will be displayed. |
|
F) Check on your Order at a later date |
| 1. | Repeat item E-1. |
| 2. | Click on "Send e-mail to eCranes" and await reply. |
| 3. | A copy of your enquiry & reply e-mail will be sent to you on e-mail. |
